APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR DRESS SHOPPING ON WEEKENDS AND IN THE OFF SEASON.

Luxury  Appointment: The Luxury is available to make prom shopping more relaxed and personalized. This two-hour appointment takes place before and after store hours. Our store books a maximum of five Luxury Appointments per time slot.

To book a Luxury Appointment, you will pay a $100 booking fee at the time of booking. (Of this $100 booking fee $75 is discounted off your gown when you purchase your gown at your appointment and $25 is discounted off of accessories.)

While the overwhelming majority of our shoppers find their dream dress, should you not find a gown at your appointment you will forfeit your $100. Our team encourages customers who don’t purchase to not feel like you lost your booking fee because you will have tried on gowns for two full hours and will know what colors, styles, and fabrics you like and dislike. With this information, you can best determine which new arrivals suit your style as you are ALWAYS encouraged to come back and see us again!

• Unlimited gown try on within your appointment time
• Accompaniment of a maximum of 4 guests
• $100 booking fee deducted from your purchase ($75 off the price of your gown and $25 off of your accessories.)

Appointments must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate staffing.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. IF YOU SHOP PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BOOKING FEE ON A GOWN PURCHASED AT A WALK IN.
