Bridesmaid Appointment

We cannot help entire bridesmaid parties without an appointment for each individual bridesmaid.

Booking a Bridesmaid Appointment, a $25 booking fee per bridesmaid will be paid at the time of booking. (This amount is discounted off your gown when you purchase your gown at your appointment.) If paying for multiple bridesmaids that amount will be spilt between the number of clients so $25 will be deducted off each, not the total off if of one gown. 

Prior to your bridesmaid appointment our team will reach out to the bride to discuss fabrics, colors and style to set everyone up for success. 

Please supply KooKoo’s with names and contact details of all bridesmaids prior to appointment.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. IF YOU SHOP PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BOOKING FEE ON A GOWN PURCHASED AS A WALK IN.

What’s Included:

• The one-on-one assistance of a personal stylist (this includes recommendations of styles, sizes and colors.)
• Your own fitting room (no waiting in line)
• Unlimited gown try on within your appointment time
• Accompaniment of a maximum of 2 guests
• The booking fee is deducted from the price of your gown when a gown is purchased at your appointment.

Appointments must be rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate staffing. Your appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
